RAW WILD HONEY (MINDORO OCCIDENTAL)
This honey is made by bees come from Apis dorsata or putyukan bees from the forests of Paluan, Mindoro Occidental. Honey from our local forests is often complex, with slightly more moisture than Western honey, and higher pollen content. Medicinal and alive!
These honeys are harvested and processed by the Salika Agricultural Cooperative from the Mangyan indigenous community. They go through a 5-stage raw filtration process.
Comes in 250g glass jars.
