PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
What products do you sell? We sell local, heritage and organic products, sourced from small, responsible producers. We also offer a range of gentle formulations for household, hair and body.
Do you have a catalog or product list? Our line of products can be browsed on this website.
Do you also have gift sets and/or corporate gifts? Yes, we offer gift sets, and we ensure that we do not use plastic. We package everything sustainably using biodegradable materials. We accept customization of gift sets.
ORDER PROCESS
How to order? You may order through our website. Simply ‘Add to Cart’ your desired products and follow the instructions to complete your order. Alternatively, you can send us a message on Instagram with your order details. We will then provide the total cost and payment instructions.
Do I have to create an account to shop with you? No, creating an account on our website is not necessary. You can shop as a guest, but an email address and contact number are required for order updates.
SHIPPING, PICK UP AND DELIVERY
Do you accept delivery? For areas outside Metro Manila, we use LBC Delivery for shipping. For Metro Manila, we encourage our customers to book their own courier. Options are Grab or Lalamove.
How do I know when my order is ready? You will be informed via SMS and email when your order is ready for pickup.
Can I pick up my order? Yes, you may pick up your order at our shop in Makati or Dumaguete and through our pop-up at Legazpi Sunday Market.
How do I claim my order? Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order at the lobby of Karrivin Studios Our pick-up schedule is from Tuesday-Sunday, 10AM - 5PM. Please keep in touch with Daisy or Joselle via 0945 847 8200.
Can I send someone else to pick up my order? Yes, please coordinate with us in advance via 0945 847 8200 or hola@ritual.ph.
Do you deliver overseas? At the moment, we only sell our products locally.

Do you do the weekend market? Yes! Every Sunday, we have a pop-up at Legazpi Sunday Market, Corinthian Carpark, Paseo de Roxas St., Makati City, 7am—2pm

How to refill my bottles? You can visit our pop-ups at Legazpi Sunday Market for refills. Or visit us at the following locations:

Arts + Design Collective, 58 EJ Blanco, Brgy. Piapi, Dumaguete City, Monday—Saturday, 11am—630pm
