Deliveries (In-store Pickup)

We currently do not have an affiliated delivery company. Orders are usually picked up in-store or booked by customers via couriers such as GrabExpress or Lalamove within Metro Manila.

For deliveries outside Metro Manila, please contact us at sales@ritual.ph to arrange shipping. We avoid conventional shipping companies because they require plastic packaging. When possible, we use repurposed packing materials for provincial shipments.

You may also choose to pick up your order at the weekly Legazpi Sunday Market in Makati.

Returns Policy

We hope that every product is up to your standards and apolgize if you are unsatisfied with your order/s. To request a return or exchange, please email sales@ritual.ph with your order details and photos (if applicable). 

Please note that we cannot be responsible for mishandling of items by couriers or delivery persons.
