BALICUCHA (ILOCOS SUR)

Ilocos Sur’s sweet palmier-shaped mascobado candies. They are made from melted down sugarcane juice, pulled and twisted until they become cream colored. They dissolve in your coffee, without being overly processed and granular like sugar cubes.
