This is coconut cooking oil from the third extraction of virgin coconut oil. It is not bleached or deodorized using chemical processes, but doesnt’t have that strong characteristic coconut taste or aroma. A great all-around cooking oil. Stays stable at high heat, and therefore convenient for deep-frying. Use in place of environmentally iffy palm oil. Also, it is cooperative-made using coconuts from small farmers.
