RAW WILD HONEY (BAGAC, BATAAN)

This honey is harvested from wild Philippine giant honeybee (opis dorsta breviligula) hives by the indigenous aeta community of Bagac, Bataan. The honey has notes of ripe or carmelized banana or jackfruit.  It also has slight fermented note that is common among wild, harvested native honey.
