RAW WILD HONEY (ZAMBOANGUITA, NEGROS ORIENTAL)

This dense, versatile honeyis harvested from.wild.pukyokan ir Philippine giant honeybee (opis dorsata breviligula) hives in the forest of Malongcai, Zamboanguita.  We find that this particular harvest and batch can be used for recipes that call for conventional honey, as it has the roundness of cultivated bee honey.  We only source honey from harvesters we can guarantee and verify.
