ROASTED CACAO NIBS (DAVAO)
These cacao beans are fermented, dried, and roasted. They are then cracked and their skin removed. Nibs are pure cacao, and reveal to you the true taste of the bean. They can be used for baking in place of chocolate chips (to provide a crunchy cacao-flavored nuttiness), in granola and cereal mixes, and as a snack on its own.
