Some of our county's best robusta coffee, comes from Negros Oriental's protected forests. At the foot of the region's iconic Cuernos de Negros or "Horns of Negros", Barangay Latap's wildened coffee grows among other forest trees with no external inputs. The cherries are picked selectively and wash processed.
