SOY BEANS (KANLAON, NEGROS ORIENTAL) 100g

Organic, non-GMO soy beans from the town of Kanlaon, Negros Oriental. You can make your own soy milk (blend soaked beans with water, strain, simmer), tofu (curdle the milk with an acid like vinegar and press into blocks), make soy bean sprouts, or add into stews and soups. The more ambitious can ferment into soy sauce and soy bean paste!
