SUKA SA LUBI (SILAGO, SOUTHERN LEYTE)

Visayan-style vinegar (not as tart as Tagalog versions!). Makes a good substitute for foreign vinegars. Great in kinilaw! And salad dressings.

Nectar is collected from the inflorescence of the coconut. It is then fermented without any additives or added sugar.
